Return Policy

We want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience, and we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Please review our return policy below:


1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging or similar protective packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Support within the 30-day return period with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive:

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

    • Instructions on how and where to send your package

  3. Package the item securely, and include the RMA number on the package.

  4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Items returned without prior approval or RMA may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact our support team.


5. Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the fastest method is to:

  1. Return the original item following the steps above.

  2. Place a new order for the desired product.


6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn/unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.
